45-55 Minute Sessions

Payment is due at time of service (There is a $5.00 convenience fee for credit/debit card payments). Please check with your insurance carrier to determine your benefits. Self-pay clients are 100% responsible for payment. Clients who use an insurance plan are responsible for any amount not paid by their insurance provider. The returned check fee is $50.00.

Please check your coverage carefully by contacting your insurance company and asking the following questions:

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session and what is my copayment?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
